1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Medusa MCP Gateway ("Medusa", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Medusa provides an endpoint security gateway for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, including policy enforcement, data loss prevention (DLP), configuration monitoring, and a security dashboard.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the Service to circumvent security controls on systems you do not own or have authorization to test.

5. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly.

6. Intellectual Property

The Medusa agent source code is licensed under Apache-2.0. The dashboard, documentation, and branding remain the property of the Medusa project. Your data remains your property.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medusa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
